Buttonwood Hollow Farm is a diverse farm offering real maple syrup, pastured meats, cut flowers and veggies.
Buttonwood Hollow farm is located just outside the small town of Chatham in the Hudson Valley of New York. We manage about 115 acres of fields, pasture, and forest. We are not certified organic, however we go beyond standards in our care of our land and animals applying biodynamic and sustainable practices, never using chemicals, fertilizers, or pesticides and using zero GMOs either as food for our animals or seeds for our crops. We offer pastured pork and poultry (soon beef!), fresh vegetables, cut flowers, real maple syrup, fruits, hay and firewood which are all produced on our land by two farmers and three children and some help from friends. We are committed to being attentive and loving stewards of our tiny speck of earth. Thank you for visiting!
